氣象專家吳德榮在「三立準氣象．老大洩天機」指出，今日至週四(17日)上午，各地皆為晴時多雲，東半部偶有局部短暫降雨的機率。白天持續偏暖，夜間有「輻射冷卻」，日夜溫差大。西半部及金馬清晨易有「輻射霧」，應注意交通安全。今日北台高溫約30度，南部更高達33度，日夜溫差最大近15度，應注意。

吳德榮表示，最新模式模擬顯示，週四下午起「鋒面」接近，天氣偏暖、但漸趨不穩定，中部以北有局部短暫陣雨的機率。週五(18日)「鋒面」抵達，中部以北有局部短暫陣雨，北台轉涼。

吳德榮說，週六(19日)、週(20)日，天氣好轉、氣溫升，各地多雲時晴，午後近山區及東半部有局部短暫降雨的機率。但各國模式模擬並不一致，且皆在調整中，應持續觀察。
