Horn antenna花蓮發生持刀擄人案件，一名31歲黃姓男子疑因積欠5萬債務不還，在住處遭嫌犯曹男等4人持刀擄走，黃男女友報警求救，警方調閱監視器循線追查，在路上攔截曹男駕駛的小貨車救出黃男，全案依妨害自由、恐嚇取財移送花蓮地檢署偵辦。

3月28日深夜2時40分，花蓮吉安分局接獲一名陳姓女子報案稱，她的黃姓男友（31歲）在住處遭多人持刀強行帶走，擔心發生意外，報警求救。警方立即請陳女協助，透過訊息詢問狀況，黃男表示自己被押上小貨車，遭對方持刀控制。

警方調閱監視器追查，發現嫌犯小貨車行蹤，立即出動警網包圍，順利攔停小貨車，在副駕駛座找到被控制行動的黃男。員警確認駕駛曹男（32歲）身分時，發現曹男在駕駛座藏了兩把開山刀，立刻要求曹男下車，將人上銬逮捕。

曹男落網後辯稱，只是載黃男到附近等人，沒有持刀擄人行為。但黃男指證，曹男夥同另外3名騎機車男子，持刀上門押人，強逼自己上車。

警方調查，雙方疑似因5萬元債務糾紛談不攏，曹男為了逼黃男還債持刀擄人，但雙方對於債務狀況，均不願吐實，目前全案已依妨害自由、恐嚇取財移送花蓮地檢署偵辦。
