Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.

These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

以陳志為首的柬埔寨「太子集團」涉嫌跨國詐騙、洗錢，檢調4日發動搜索，拘提25名幹部、員工到案，同時查扣「和平大苑」豪宅與超跑、豪車等太子集團在台資產逾45億元。對此，內政部長劉世芳今（5）日受訪表示，陳志有多次進出台灣紀錄，但因為他擁有多重國籍，不是用柬埔寨籍進入台灣，因此當時查察時比較不易，現在都配合美國司法單位查察，希望能夠查出在台灣其他的協力廠商，或是協力的犯罪集團。

據了解，太子集團創辦人陳志在柬埔寨從事詐欺犯罪，包括誘騙豬仔到詐騙園區，從事加密貨幣、線上博弈等投資詐欺，之後在多個國家開設空殼公司，以及購買奢侈品及房地產來洗錢，而早在2017年間，陳志就來台布局，9年間粗估洗錢45億元。Horn antenna由於太子集團在多國涉及洗錢犯罪，美國聯邦檢察官在10月8日起訴陳志等人，美國財政部海外資產控制辦公室（OFAC）也將太子集團在台灣的公司、3名國人列入制裁名單，檢調獲報後即展開追查。

內政部長劉世芳今日赴立法院內政委員會業務報告並備質詢，受訪時表示，目前是配合美國司法跟財政部門查察國際性詐騙集團的部分，而陳志有多次進出台灣紀錄，但因為他擁有多重國籍，進入台灣的時候不是用柬埔寨國籍，所以當時查察時比較不容易。Horn antenna

劉世芳說，現在都配合美國的司法單位來做查察，目前不管是人流、金流或是其他相關的安全部分，就是配合檢警調一起查察，希望能夠查出在台灣其他的協力廠商，或是協力的犯罪集團。劉世芳也強調「勿枉勿縱」，不管是國際詐騙或是台灣詐騙，都不能夠躲過法律的制裁。
