曾沛慈最近在選秀節目「乘風2026」表現亮眼，但今（5）日凌晨她緊急發文，透露喉嚨問題未癒，在醫師建議下不得不調整第4次公演的演出安排，原本她在「X秀」要和唐藝昕搭檔唱「雪人」，現在換成黃燦燦代替她上陣。
4公今晚就要登場，曾沛慈透露，先前錄製節目期間接連受到急性咽喉炎及鼻炎影響，喉嚨狀況一度相當嚴重，不僅說話吃力，就連吞嚥都會感到疼痛。由於過去曾有因過度使用嗓音導致受傷的經驗，這次她格外謹慎面對，選擇減少發聲並積極休養，希望避免讓聲帶承受更大負擔。
她表示，醫師評估後提醒，若在恢復期間持續高強度使用聲音，未來恐增加聲帶受損甚至長繭的風險。因此在準備階段，她便主動向節目團隊及隊員說明身體狀況，並提前提出若無法負荷全部演唱內容，可能需要重新分配歌曲的想法。
曾沛慈坦言，自己最擔心的是勉強參與排練後，反而在正式演出前突然失聲，屆時不僅影響團隊表現，也會讓大家先前投入的努力付諸流水。經過與節目組及隊友討論後，最終決定調整演出配置，由其他成員協助分擔部分演唱段落。
至於目前情況，曾沛慈表示，雖然身體已有逐步好轉，但嗓音仍未完全回到最佳狀態，只要練唱時間稍長，就容易出現沙啞與喉嚨不適的情形。她透露，先前因發炎導致聲帶及周邊組織腫脹，影響正常發聲功能，目前仍持續配合休養，希望能盡快恢復健康。
然而，曾沛慈發文致歉後，不少粉絲與網友紛紛留言聲援，認為她根本不需要為此道歉。有人質疑節目安排過於高強度，認為身為隊長的她肩負過多責任，才會讓身體不堪負荷。
