The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 房價居高不下，買房已經成了年輕人遙不可及的夢想？先前有大批8年級生在Dcard感嘆，覺得這輩子買不起房，更有許多人「已經躺平」，早就放棄買房，日子過一天算一天。對此，專家也給出建議。

原PO在Dcard透露，自己是8年級中段班，因為疫情丟了工作，目前正在努力重來過，感嘆8年級生面對的是疫情帶來的未知數、居高不下的房價以及經融市場的不穩定，不禁想問其他8年級生「過得好嗎？」

貼文一出，網友紛紛回應「81年，看了房後覺得生無可戀」、「82年次，一個人過薪水還可以，薯條可以加大，但房子買不起，現在唸英文準備移民」、「84年次，工作不上不下，覺得這輩子買不起房子，只求自己跟家人身體健康」、「86年次，目前過一天算一天，沒有什麼遠大目標」。

此外，也有許多躺平族感嘆，「81年次，房價靠北高，隨便都1千萬起跳，看著大家存款好幾百萬已放棄，自從躺平後舒服多了」、「83年，生活無力，買房與生孩子只能擇一，還好我沒女朋友，又不想買房，躺平我就爛」、「86年，工程師只想躺平，錢真的難賺」。

根據《ETtoday新聞雲》報導，信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德認為，現階段買房年齡層是7年級前半段，然而當初他們也覺得自己買不起房，現在反倒成了購屋主力。曾敬德建議，8年級生不要設定自己要在幾歲買房，可以先設一個目標，這段期間盡量去存自備款；此外物件百百種，總會找到適合自己的房子。

房仲楊先生也向《三立新聞網》表示，「你一定要先去主動了解，目前你心中的房子，房價大約多少，然後觀察4-5年的變化，一個正常上班族年薪約在60-80萬，那一年需要存多少才能買到房子呢？」楊先生認為，仔細思考後應該是有點困難，說不定還存不到漲的速度，因此存到第一桶金很重要，並且要規劃理財投資。

另外，楊先生也發現，這個話題越來越普遍，代表大家都有意識到，鼓勵大家可以儘早先有個目標，像是了解目前貸款成數、房貸利率以及月還款，至少對你設定目標會有更大的幫助。
