The innovative baby carrier One Outdoors has been designed for a hiking trip with your child or a family outing into the countryside. The outer material of this baby carrier is water-resistant, dirt-repellent and breathable. The fabric is quick-drying and can be wiped clean if required. 新北搭平台 為台灣紀錄片尋找更多的齊柏林

(記者黃秀麗新北報導）新北市新聞局28日與逢甲大學通識教育中心合辦紀錄片放映活動，放映新北市紀錄片獎兩屆首獎影片《遙遠之地》、《以啟山林》並邀請影片導折價卷評價演許鴻財映後座談，學生對這兩則異國故事及衝擊性十足的影像構圖，都充滿高度興趣並熱烈回應，許導演也大方分享他來台求學及參加紀錄片比賽的心路歷程。

目前就讀台北藝術大學電影創作學系碩研班的許鴻財導演，是一位緬甸僑生，也是新北市紀錄片獎去年與今年首獎的得主，他來台就讀交通大學傳播科技學系才開始接觸影像課程，許鴻財說新北市紀錄片奬對剛起步的年輕紀錄片工作者來說，是一個很好的平台，提供監製與資金，讓我們去完成想要拍的影片，因為不限題材，所以他記錄緬甸故事的影片才能在台灣得獎，加上版權回歸給導演，所以這兩部影片未來都有發展長片的計畫。

新北市新聞局長張其強表示，新北市紀錄片獎過去8年來，始終維持，徵件不限題材，影片版權回歸導演所有，並提供總獎金420萬的拍片獎金，這也是目前國內紀錄片徵件總獎金最高的比賽，就是希望給紀錄片工作者，有更大的創作空間，也希望培育更多華語紀錄片人才。

張其強説，過去的徵件，有不少在學學生來參加，為了鼓勵更多年輕創作者加入，2019年徵件比往年提早一個月起跑，同時，我們也帶著年輕導演進校園宣傳，就是希望能結合學校，由老師扮推手，新北市搭好平台，號召更多的大學生及早準備，加入紀錄片的創作行列。

逢甲大學通識教育中心李建成助理教授，本身也是一位紀錄片導演，曾以《再會啦白宮》獲得2017新北紀錄片奬優選，他對紀錄片拍攝充滿熱情，除了利用課餘持續記錄外，更將所學教授給學生，他一位就讀中文系的學生紀建廷，選修三年他的影像課程，今年也獲新北市紀錄片獎優選，李建成表示誰說一定要相關系所的學生才可以拍紀錄片！

「2019新北市紀錄片獎」徵件自即日起至108年2月25日止，參賽者只需準備提案企劃書、3分鐘以內影片片花及3分鐘以內導演作品精華就能報名，獲得優選作品，每部將可獲新臺幣33萬元拍攝獎金；決審前3名，依名次各可再獲得新臺幣10萬元、8萬元及5萬元獎金。詳細徵件辦法，請上新北市紀錄片系列活動官方部落格（http://newtaipeicitydoc.pixnet.net/blog）或臉書搜尋「感動，無所不在！」。

2018仰德TPC錦標賽 圓滿閉幕

2018年仰德TPC錦標賽已於10月7日於林口球場圓滿閉幕，本屆賽事從10月4日至10月7日為期四天，除第一天受到風雨影響外，後面三天秋高氣爽氣候下競技，美國選手John Catlin在出色的推桿下，第四天under 7、總桿under 15奪得冠軍、獨得獎金9萬美元，第二名為韓裔美籍好手Sihwan Kim under 13，台灣選手以洪健堯以四回合under 12桿、奪得第三名佳績。

提供本屆競技場地的林口球場，這幾年累積了承辦賽事的經驗後，不論是在球道果嶺的維護、場務的服務，都已經臻至國際級水準；此外，國賓飯店對選手從住宿到餐飲的五星級最高水準照顧，獲得選手一致的好評。主辦單位仰德集團董事長許育瑞表示，本屆比賽20幾個國家、超過140位選手同場競技，仰德TPC錦標賽在亞洲與國際高壇受到高度注目，除亞巡機構，也是選手心目中重要的指標型賽事。

眾所周知，仰德集團對台灣高球的推廣，一直不遺餘力。從每年仰德TPC、富邦仰德盃、台巡次級巡迴賽的仰德挑戰賽、全國業餘公開賽、台青盃。整年下來，所舉辦的至少在12場以上。其中，由台日友好盃擴大主辦、更名為富邦仰德長春日巡賽，廣受台日高壇注目，已由台日好手對抗賽，提升為長春日巡的重要賽事。

仰德集團董事長許育瑞表示，仰德TPC錦標賽由仰德集團自2010年起主辦，這是仰德集團連續第九年舉辦這項國際性大賽，已成為國內三大賽之一，吸引許多國際好手參賽，也將台灣選手推向國際舞台。近年來各國選手實力不斷提升，因此許育瑞語重心長指出，台灣的選手必須在球技上努力追求進步，不斷的精益求精，才能替台灣高壇在競爭激烈的國際地位爭取一席之地。在比賽的最後一天，前世界球后曾雅妮也到場為台灣選手加油，許董事長感到相當欣慰，兩人皆異口同聲期勉台灣選手，在將來能有更優異突出的表現。

最後，許董事長也特別感謝，許多在台日系企業如台灣三菱電機、攝陽企業、台灣三菱電梯、新武機械、Panasonic、SONY、YAMAHA、MIZUNO等，以及國內知名企業益州集團、盛進貿易、香城飯店集團、威宏控股、嘉里大榮物流、華南銀行、第一銀網購達人送禮行...等，長期給予高爾夫球運動的支持與贊助，衷心希望能有更多企業共同來擴大推廣高球運動。
