112學年度第1學期失業勞工子女就學補助

敬請把握辦理時間，於10/13前以線上或紙本進行申辦
補助對象（申請人應同時具備以下第1、2、3、4項條件）
➊為非自願離職失業勞工（有下列情形之一）
至112/10/13止仍未就業，失業期間達1個月以上並經核付就業保險法失業給付或職業訓練生活津貼者。
於112/10/13前已就業，但在前一年內（111/10/13至112/10/12）經核付就業保險法之失業給付或職業訓練生活津貼，且於前一年內（111/10/13至112/10/12）就業期間未超過3個月者，仍可提出申請。
➋申請人及配偶111年度綜合所得總額在148萬元以下。
➌於112年10月13日以前，未請領老年給付、未參加政府機關促進就業性質相關措施（方案）者。
➍子女就讀國內高中職或大專校院具正式學籍的學生。

Education Subsidies for Children of Unemployed Workers in the 1st Semester of the 2023 Academic Year
Applications are being accepted starting today.
Those who are in need and meet the eligibility criteria are kindly requested to complete the application within the valid period and apply online or through paper forms before October 13.
Eligibility Criteria (Applicants should meet all of the following 4 conditions):
➊Non-voluntary unemployment of a parent (having met one of the following situations):
Those who have been unemployed as of October 13, 2023, with the period of unemployment having been one month or more, and have received unemployment benefits under the Employment Insurance Act or vocational training living allowance.
Those who have been employed before October 13, 2023 but have been approved for unemployment benefits or vocational training living allowances under the Employment Insurance Act within the previous year (October 13, 2022 to October 12, 2023) and have been employed for less than 3 months within the previous year (October 13, 2022 to October 12, 2023) are eligible to apply.
➋The total consolidated income of the applicant and spouse for 2022 is less than NT$1.48 million.
➌Those not receiving old-age benefits and not participating in government programs or initiatives aimed at promoting employment before October 13, 2023.
➍The children of the applicant should be students formally enrolled in domestic high schools, vocational schools, or universities (tertiary institutions).
How to Apply
Online Application
Submit the application online through the Ministry of Labors Unemployed Workers Child Education Subsidy Online Application System (https://uwes.mol.gov.tw/login) using the #Citizen Digital Certificate.
Mailing Application
Request the application form from local governments, the Employment Services Centers of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, or the local offices of the Bureau of Labor Insurance. The application form can also be downloaded from the online application system (https://uwes.mol.gov.tw/login).
