Please kindly note:

- A deposit via bank wire or Paypal within 72 hours after booking is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions. Guests are required to settle the payment in time to guarantee the booking.

- The standard check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:30. For those who would like to check in later are required to inform Mini Tour in advance.

- Each guest room can accommodate maximum one extra guest. The extra person fee per night includes a pillow, quilt, futon and one meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner).

- The property will provide enough bedding based on the number of guests. Any extra bedding incurs additional charges.

- Children 7 years and younger cannot stay at this property.

- Pets are not allowed. Guests can find a pet hotel within 100 metres of Mini Tour. Please inform Mini Tour in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
