（中央社記者田裕斌台北21日電）大巨蛋問題耗費台北市政府好幾年的時間解決，曾任內政部長的台灣大學土木所教授李鴻源說，當初給過台北市長柯文哲建議，但他顯然沒照作。

李鴻源說，柯文哲敢衝敢撞的執行力，有機會成為台灣最好的市長，但台灣政治專業不見了，台灣的事務官沒有問題，不過政務官與事務官之間的分工不清，政務官干預到事務官該做的事，不尊重文官制度，讓事務官乾脆等著政務官下指令，台灣現在最需要的就是有一個令人眼睛一亮的案例，讓民眾覺得台灣有希望、政府有能力。

三三會理事長江丙坤也當場拱李鴻源選台北市長，解決台北市的問題，李鴻源則說，縣市首長能做的事有限，尤其他已經60歲，應該把有限的時間拿來做有效益的事，很多法規其實中央並未授權地方，加上地方首長不時受到民調制約，對於台北市長大位「不是不願意，是效果不大」。1050921

李鴻源今天在三三會進行專題演講，面對工商協進會理事長林伯豐問到大巨蛋問題怎解？李鴻源說，當時柯文哲其實有透過友人詢問過意見，他當時建議大巨蛋問題跟病人開刀一樣，不能開到一半才開始討論病情，應該要先把建築體完成，反正使用執照在市政府手裡，到時再談判都來得及。
