The temperature-balancing Gesslein sleeping bag Bubou makes your child feel cosy and safe while walking through the land of dreams. Only with healthy sleep, your child can start the new day fresh and awake.

In the first phase of sleep your little one's body temperature usually measures some points above the ideal value. During this stage micro capsules in the sleeping bag transform their physical condition into liquid, save the body temperature and generate a cooling effect. As soon as your little one's body temperature drops, the heat saved in the stage before is released and the micro capsules become solid again. This mechanism prevents heat accumulation and ensures that your child is kept warm and can enjoy his or her relaxing sleep.

The particularly light and breathable fabric as well as the pear shape of this sleeping bag supply your child with maximum sleeping comfort and more space to move freely. Furthermore, the sleeping bag is equipped with a zip which comes in super handy when you have to change your little one's nappies during the night - simply open the zip and you can start changing him or her without turning them around. 王柏融旅日曹竣崵給建議 是輸贏不是學習

（中央社記者謝靜雯台北7日電）前旅日職棒中日龍隊投手曹竣崵，為首名從中職轉往日職發展的球員，看王柏融要挑戰日本職棒，曹竣崵認為王柏融的技術不是問題，他也勉勵，「不是抱持學習的心，是要去輸贏」。

曹竣崵2000年赴日職中日龍隊發展，他透露，一開始是抱著學習的心赴日，「但如果讓我重新選擇，我不會這樣想」，要挑戰旅外就是要天不怕、地不怕，抱著要輸贏的心態去挑戰，不是去學習的。

曹竣崵也點出，日本投手控球能力比台灣投手佳，王柏融的能力想挑戰日本職棒絕對不是問題，但面對內角球仍然是一大挑戰，心態也需要調整好。

曹竣崵直言，不僅是日本球團會做情蒐資料，日媒對於王柏融也十分關注，連電視台都可能會有分析資料，打擊上的缺點會一一被檢視，也是需要注意的地方。

面對新的環境，在球技之外，包括語言、氣候等都是挑戰，「王柏融有條件，相信他在日職也能夠有很好的發展」。

曹竣崵此次任Nike台灣青棒訓練營教練，兒子大理高中投手曹祐齊也有參加訓練營，曹竣崵表示，從曹祐齊小學6年級開始打球後，還沒有過連續4天看著他練球的機會，此次訓練營，也有幫他搜集其他球員的優點，讓他知道自己的不足，和可以學習的地方，「最重要的還是態度」。（編輯：張芷瑄）1071207

眩暈手腳不協調 腦動脈分支血管狹窄作祟

（中央社記者趙麗妍台中22日電）60歲張伯伯兩年前開車途中，突然覺得眩暈，手腳不協調，就醫發現他的左側中大腦動脈主要分支血管75%狹窄，經藥物治療，日前接受頭頸部血管支架置放術，不適症狀已經改善。

長安醫院神經內科醫師林邵臻今天表示，張伯伯因左側中大腦動脈主要分支血管75%狹窄，導致大腦血液循環不夠，造成他經常性頭暈、手腳不協調、口齒不清等症狀。

林邵臻指出，幸運的是他的側支循環尚可供應血流，還沒讓腦部細胞真正死亡，但處於中風的前期。進行「頭頸部血管支架置放術」術後，改善了他長久來的頭暈、複視、口齒不清、手腳不協調等不適症狀。

張伯伯表示，術後四天，他就回去工作，現在朋友見到他，都說他和手術前判若二人，沒了病痛，人也更顯年輕。

林邵臻醫師表示，造成血管狹窄的危險子因子很多，如三高、抽菸、喝酒、肥胖、家族史等，此外沒辦法改變的是年紀，尤其大於65歲的長者，呼籲應定期接受抽血、頸部超音波檢查，確認血管是否有狹窄情形。

林邵臻醫師說，醫師會根經典商品最便宜據檢查結果及患者病況，評估治療方式。通常患者若有中風情形、狹窄程度大於60%，或是沒有中風但有出現症狀、狹窄程度大於80%者，會建議盡快就醫，由醫師評估最適合的處置方式，以避免血管繼續狹窄導致中風發生。（編輯：翁翠萍）1071022
