It was reported by German Baden Online in December 4th,2006 that 14,000 bottles of German wine would be imported to China.

General Manager of German Wine Brewing Company, WG Durbach expressed to media recently that German Wine Brewing Company had got a big order of purchasing 14,000 bottles of German wine by a Chinese company. 15,000 bottles of wine include red wine, red dry wine and white dry wine and 1,500 bottles of tequila. These imported wines will be shipped in Antwerp of Holand.

Geper said that it was the first big order of Baden area, Germany from China and company had been holding hopes to set up business relationship with China for a long time. Directorate Chairman of German Wine Brewing Company, Georg Gmeiner is very proud to have opportunity to enter China wine market.
