檢視內外，草地周圍頗為我們欣賞的裝飾石板竟然不翼而飛。
幸而，宵小對那塊 造景石 似也莫可奈何，
仍舊如那泰山石敢當，兀自鎮守小小院落。
順便一提，照片裡的草地、樹木由枯槁而蓊鬱，
可見時序之遞嬗矣。
木板外牆，多已腐朽失修。
照片這讓人汗毛豎立、頭皮發麻的孔洞，就是耳聞已久，
以往卻不曾見過的白蟻之禍。
相信，有不少買家，看到這個狀況，立馬就打了退堂鼓吧 ?!
已經抽換支撐的樑柱，這些非承重的位置，先注入水泥，
再外加石膏板。其實，這還是比較投機的做法啦；
若是中規中矩的處理，那得做到啥麼個猴年馬月能完工啊 ?!
當然，首要之務是要先徹底滅殺白蟻的啦。
廚房，需要全面的整修和補齊廚具。
觸目所及，幾乎沒有不需要整修的地方。
從地板到天花板，工程，全面進行ｉｎｇ ......
這，是整棟房子最讓人期待的一扇窗 and 窗台 ......
補記 -- 交屋近 10 天，38 度的氣溫讓人懶於做任何事。
仔仔說，妳不快點拍照、記錄，就看不到房子原樣啦！
我說，急什麼，老爸不是說最少要修上 3 個月嗎 ?!
