We are grateful to Winston for his tour guide service today at Tamsui
Community University & Shell Warehouse (Tamsui Cultural Park). His
detailed explanation made very good impression on all of us. Basing on
his narration, we came to know part of history and culture of Tamsui.
It is quite different with ordinary commercial area.
