2020.06.12. 我們校外教學, 走訪貴子坑水土保持教學園區, 下面是我們的簡單講義:
Guizikeng Water and Soil Conservation Education Park:
One of the four important products in the Beitou area was Petuntse (china clay).
Before 1977, people exploited the precious clay at Guizikeng. The mining work
had been made so many years that the soil there was seriously damaged. In 1977,
Wei La typhoon hit Beitou and a destroying landslide happened. Since then
it has been prohibited to mine the china clay again.
Due to the availability of good china clay, Beitou was very famous for producing
high-quality china and pottery products.
