Someone has been “borrowing” our
cable. This person had ripped off the
cable box (located on the back of the building, contains all our cable input
jacks—apt.6 to 19) , unplugged my cable and plugged his/her in. So my cable, internet and phone service were
out for the entire evening on 9/30 (Sunday), 10/6(Saturday) and again on all
afternoon and evening on 10/7 (Sunday). 

This theft not only affects our
cable reception, but also the phone and internet service.

The cable repairman came yesterday
and found the damage done to the cable box. He mentioned that a few weeks ago the same situation had happened to
another fee-paying cable customer in our building. (i.e. His/her cable was out
for a few hours with no reason.)  So this
person has been doing this repeatedly.

Please keep an eye out for any suspicious person/behavior
and ALERT THE POLICE.
