東區專櫃女賊遭逮辯稱：腦袋有聲音

每到歲末又是各百貨龍頭打促銷戰的時刻，櫃姐無不卯足全勁要客人「多帶一組回去」，然而人潮洶湧的專櫃也被竊賊盯上，準備大肆趁機「進補」，東區百貨龍頭SOGO先前在短短一個下午，遭同一女賊連續行竊三個專櫃，嫌犯手法快，讓三位櫃姐傻眼，偵查過程雖推說憂鬱症，向法官表示「因受自己腦袋裡面的聲音教唆」，最後仍遭判刑。

偵查過程顯示，張女先於當日中午12時在6樓ROOTS服飾下手得逞，一小時候轉戰三樓ICB服飾，再得手一件價值6.980元的紅色上衣，接著繼續在三樓COP&COPINE專櫃再摸走一件價值4200元的紅色襯衫，動作迅速，全部往自己包包塞，卻還是沒逃過監視攝影機，大安分局員警至現場人贓俱獲。

張女在遭逮捕之過程中拿原子筆自殘審理過程中向法官表示「因為沒有吃精神科的藥就出門，又跟老公感情不睦，才犯本案」，雖然榮總精神狀況鑑定指出張女確實受到「憂鬱及伴隨情緒的問題行為之困擾」，法官採信張女說詞，認其犯案時能力確實有降低，可減輕其刑，不過由於張女已是累犯，一減一加之下，仍以竊盜罪行遭到有罪判決。
