（中央社記者陳至中台北24日電）反課綱爭議中，7月23日部分民眾侵入教育部。教育部長吳思華今天說，告訴乃論部分已撤告，但妨害公務等公訴罪，是檢察官的權責，若被徵詢意見，會表達「願意寬恕」的立場。

吳思華今天到立法院教育及文化委員會備詢，會前接受媒體採訪、以及後續民主進步黨籍立委鄭麗君、陳亭妃、何欣純等人質詢時，對於7月23日事件的後續處理，多次表達立場。

吳思華多次強調，告訴乃論的部分已經撤告，但涉及妨害公務的部分，屬於公訴罪，是檢察官的權責，但如果徵詢教育部的意見，會表達「願意寬恕」的立場。

陳亭妃不滿意「願意寬恕」的說法，希望吳思華承諾「不予追究」。吳思華說，關於公訴罪，「不予追究」不是教育部的權責，尊重司法也是社會的基本原則。

陳亭妃質詢時，多次以「部長違法」批評，吳思華則回應，「部長沒有違法。」

民進黨立委何欣純也表示，「願意寬恕」的方向是正確的，但背後還是隱含著一個意涵，認為闖入教育部的行為是錯誤的，希望教育部能換一個詞彙。

對此，吳思華說，入侵教育部的行為不值得鼓勵。但在何欣純多次追問後，他承諾會再研究。1040924
