（中央社記者陳政偉台北30日電）八仙塵爆造成498人燒燙傷，副總統吳敦義今天出席活動時表示，不分中央跟地方，政府應該做的要趕緊去做，也希望不再發生這樣的悲劇，安全還是第一。

吳副總統今天參加「政府服務品質獎」頒獎典禮，會後接受媒體訪問時表示，中央政府也由健保署決議先行墊付後，政府應該做的應該趕緊去做。

吳副總統強調，辦活動不論是群眾或在室內、外的活動，安全還是最重要，娛樂應該擺在較後面。

健保署與新北市政府衛生局昨天共同討論決定，自104年6月27日至104年9月30日止，健保不給付的保險對象自費醫療費用，不向病人收費，由健保署先行墊付後，再由新北市政府專案返還墊付金額。1040630
