國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今（24）日前往彰化縣鹿港鎮參訪，在廟方人員大陣仗迎接下進入參拜，不過，卻也遭遇反課綱學生抗議，要求「國民黨放人」、「退回課綱微調」。隨後經警方以人牆隔離，反課綱學生才不得已離去。

洪秀柱今日前往鹿港，包括參拜鹿港天后宮，在天后宮旁的小吃店吃鹿港蚵仔煎、蚵仔麵，下午沿著鹿港中山路到老師巷巷口、新祖宮，並參訪鹿港老街。

面對媒體提問，洪秀柱並未對反課綱學生闖教育部遭逮捕發表看法，僅表示稍晚將會在鹿港的「老師巷」回應。

而對於前總統李登輝訪日說到釣魚台是日本，洪秀柱認為，釣魚台是中華民國的。
