Problem:

I’ve encountered this problem. The Topdon Phoenix Max diagnostic scanner is fully charged. Even when the Phoenix MAX is fully charged, the battery indicator turns yellow. When you take the device off the charging dock, it won’t turn on. How to fix it?

Solution:

Possible reasons: faulty battery or firmware issue.

First of all, do a firmware update via the main tablet settings.

Some others had the same issue and thought it was battery but surprisingly it needed a firmware update done in tablet.

If the firmware update does work, check the battery.  You may need to replace the battery.

Better take a video and provide S/N with us to verify if it needs battery replacement.
