柯文哲晚間出席在大安森林公園露天音樂台舉辦的「2015台北兒童藝術節開幕典禮」，除主持啟動儀式外，並頒獎給兒童戲劇劇本創作和獲徵選為兒童劇場演出計畫得主。
他致詞表示，自己很擔心現在小朋友書讀得太多，腦袋都硬掉了，希望大家能夠有點創意，所以今年在頒發市長獎時，他告訴大家要快樂的過每一天，認真的過每一天。
不過，現在他更希線上美語課程望大家要有創意的過每一天，因為創意真的是很重要的東西。
柯文哲指出，像是鐵砂賣不了多少錢，但變成手錶價值就提高，這就是知識的力量，並期許大家多讀書、多想一想，變成有創意的人，這個國家的希望在他們，有聰明的小朋友，台灣才有未來。1040703
