快慢真的不重要，時時挑戰並超越自己不容易。
我的兩個孩子這學期都參加了Cross Country，我很鼓勵他們，希望他們經營出不同的跑步樂趣!
只不過，老二有點扁平足，練習回家總是哎哎叫!
