課程目標：Students would be able to (預期效益)

1. 培養英文自我學習之興趣與習慣，增進吸收英文新資訊之靈活度，進而提升英文閱讀能力

2. 啟發對英語教學之創意應用，促進英語學習之多元化、趣味化

3. 豐富對英語語言及文化之認識

教學方式：

Lectures, pop quizzes on the reading assignments, film-clip appreciation, group discussion and presentation

課堂講授、隨堂小考、短片欣賞、分組討論、分組報告

評量方式：

10%  Attendance and Participation

30%  3 quizzes on the reading assignments

30%  Notebook blog

30%  One oral report on the self-chosen topic (less than 3 groups)

教科書/參考書目：

包括多種中英文書目及網路資訊，學習者有必要點選超連結來閱讀分類簡介。
