 化  為  千  風

請不要佇立在我墳前哭泣，
我不在那裡，我沒有長眠。

化為千風，
我是閃耀在皚皚白雪上的鑽石，
我是映照在成熟穀物上的陽光，
我是溫柔的秋雨。

當你清晨醒來，
我是悄聲拍翅急飛的鳥群，繞著你翱翔。
我是在夜裡發光的星星。

請不要佇立在我墳前哭泣，
我不在那裡，我沒有死。

Do not stand at my grave and weep；

I am not there，I do not sleep .

I am a thousand winds that klow .

I am the diamond glints on snow .

I am the sunlight on ripened grain .

I am the gentle autumn’s rain .

Whan you awaken in the morning’s hush .

I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet kirds in cirched flight .

I am the soft stars that shine at night .

Do not stand at my grave and cry；

I am not there，I did not die .
