教育部課綱微調鬧得沸沸揚揚，國民黨準總統參選人洪秀柱昨一早表示，課綱微調根本調得不夠，幾乎沒有太多的變化；教育部敗訴是因沒有公布課綱審議小組名單，而非內容不當。到了晚間她補充，課綱應該依照《憲法》架構來編寫，不要脫離事實，可有多元言論，多尊重包容。

洪秀柱說，課綱總要根據《憲法》架構來編，前總統李登輝到陳水扁執政期間，把歷史課本課綱全部180度翻轉，當時也沒公布課綱委員，現在只是回歸正軌而已，在《憲法》規範下依尊重、包容、多元的原則，有不同的敘述。

洪秀柱說自己不怕被抹紅，「我本來就姓洪幾十年了」，希望社會能多一點理性討論空間。最近她父親洪子瑜遭質疑不是228受難家屬，甚至被說是抓耙子，讓她非常難過。民進黨也有很多政治受難者，要不要也拿出在獄中寫的自白書？罵她沒關係，但把這些拿出來羞辱，沒口德到這種地步，她從不用家裡背景訴諸於眾，因為選民是選她的能力，而不是她家裡的故事。
