Government kept saying they are going bankrupt so no money for their public servants.
BUT they are now declaring the plan of HSR extension to PT. The silly transportation proposal costs about US$1.78 billion. For what? What is the use? The low demand in PT cannot be linked to the business concern. Everybody knows it is surely another election campaign giveaway.
