Not knowing what might be happening I walked into the yoga class in our community tonight. After 40 minutes, I was glad that I did. No teacher inside the room, all of the people came autonomously. Wow. It shocked me. 6 people, including me, were gathered in the room autonomously did yoga and light aerobics to the recording of the yoga teacher. Very cool. Tomorrow Im going to play baminton after work. New year, New me.
