全新M3將使用Isle of Man Green(曼島綠)作為首發的外觀車色，另外M4的首發車色則是會利用聖保羅黃，其實BMW首發車型利用綠色並不希奇，如客歲M8 Gran Coupe First Edition在洛杉磯車展初登場時就是採用名為Aurora Diamant Green Metallic的奇特金屬綠色塗裝，原廠設計總監Domagoj Dukec先前曾默示將來綠色車漆將成為BMW新車(包孕M Power家族)的車色之一。

　　兩原告告狀稱，廣州某科技有限公司在未經授權的情況下，將《英雄聯盟》《穿越前線》等5款涉案遊戲置於其雲伺服器中，供公眾在網頁版、移動端和PC端利用「菜雞」雲遊戲平台取得遊戲，同時將用戶流量複製到其平台上，哄騙涉案遊戲為「菜雞」雲遊戲平台做引流宣揚。

原題目：國內首例涉5G雲遊戲侵權案宣判 騰訊5款遊戲獲賠258萬

但被告在未經許可的情形下直接採用手藝手段對兩原告提供的產品和服務進行干預和限制，包羅限制資訊告白、周邊商品交易等，致使兩原告正當好處受損，具有不合法性和可責性，遂作出上述判決。

　　法院審理認為，用戶選擇經由過程「菜雞」雲遊戲平台操作涉案遊戲，本色進入的還是「騰訊」平台操作系統自己，並不會因雲模式的改變造成用戶流量的流失。

按照《衛報》報道，奧爾騰鎮14日上午忽然下了一場「可可雨」，合法居民好奇，這些可可粉究竟是從哪裡飄來時。瑞士知名巧克力公司「瑞士蓮」（Lindt & Spruengli）就在18日證實，那時由於位在奧爾騰的巧克力工廠中，負責生產可可豆粒生產線的「透風系統」忽然故障，導致可可粉隨著強風往外飄，就如許在四周街道飄動，才會看起來像下了可可雨。

　　中新網杭州8月12日電(記者 郭其鈺 練習生 蘇禮昊)杭州互聯網法院8月12日對國內首例涉5G雲遊戲損害信息網路傳播權及不合法競爭膠葛案進行宣判，判決被告廣州某科技有限公司中斷涉案侵權行為，補償兩原告騰訊計較機公司、騰訊科技公司經濟損失及公道費用258萬元，並刪除相關用戶數據。

WARMER, WARMER:  What kind of warm winter is possible without a heating system? 「天空落下巧克力雨」如許童話、片子中才會出現的畫面，比來居然真的在現實世界上演！瑞士北部城市奧爾騰鎮（Olten）14日倏忽下起一場「可可雨」，當地大街冷巷隨處飄散著可可粉，就連居民停靠在路邊的車子也被覆蓋上滿滿一層可可，看起來莫名有點夢幻。

德國車廠BMW先前終於鬆口泄漏M3 Touring觀光車版本正在開辟中，激發車迷熱議，其會商聲量甚至一度高過下個月將發表的M3房車版，近日外媒表示新一代M3、M4將在9月23日現身。

」杭州互聯網法院互聯網審訊第二庭法官張翀表示，以雲遊戲模式手藝道理為切入點，此案的判決釐清了雲模式下著作權與反不合法競爭護衛的邊界，維護了自由公平的市場秩序，有助鞭策雲遊戲產業有序成長。(完)
