（中央社記者王鴻國、王朝鈺新北市2日電）新北市長朱立倫今天對士林地方法院受理市府聲請並裁定假扣押一事表示感謝，未來還將邀百位律師組成律師團求償。

朱立倫下午主持「八仙樂園粉塵氣爆事件」第8次工作會議後，會後親自召開記者會向外界說明目前醫療、法制等各項工作進度。

他表示，感謝行政院長毛治國的重視，未來的救災工作將由行政院統合，由行政院副院長張善政擔任召集人，副召集人則由衛福部長蔣丙煌、政務委員葉欣誠及新北市副市長陳伸賢擔任。

他表示，後續行政院醫療、社會服務、法制等各項工作小組，新北市政府各局處也會一併加入運作。

他說，在法制工作方面，新北法制局為被害人聲請假扣押八仙樂園等3家業者財產，他要特別感謝士林地院今天迅速做出假扣押的裁定。市府未來預計會邀100位義務律師組成律師團，共同協助家屬進行後續求償工作。1040702
