Duke Jing got seriously ill, he ask duke Huan to help him find a good doctor, duke Huan sent doctor Gao Huan to examine duke Jing. When Gao Huan on the road to Duke Jing’s place, Duke Jing got a dream, the illness became two children, one of them said: " Gao Huan is a good doctor, I was afraid he would hurt us, where should we hiding." another said: "We hid below the heart and upper the diaphragm he can do nothing"      

    When Gao Huan went to Duke Jing’s home and examine the illness, saying: "You can not cure the disease, it is between the heart and diaphragm, no matter medication or moxibustion, acupuncture treatment, the drug can not reach there, so this disease can not be cure "Duke Jing said:" you're a good doctor it is exactly the same condition with my dream." so, duke Jing send expensive gift to him, and send him back!!.

    The story has been said as "terminally ill"(illness inside heart and diaphragm病入膏肓) idiom, people used to refer to the point where the disease was incurable, or metaphor of development was seriously irreparable.
