「對螞蟻來說，沿著向下垂的橋走，會更有效率，也能負載更多重量」，伯尼還說，螞蟻除了能於空中築橋，並在橋梁完成前都保持懸掛狀態，甚至能在水面上築橋。伯尼將這段難得一見的畫面PO上網後，短短3天就累積68.5萬人次觀看。

國會採用機器人讀稿機？ 立過年送禮推薦團購人氣商品院：不排斥

立法院司法法制委員會今天(24日)審查「國會改革」相關法案，由於修法版本眾多，動輒宣讀需要數個鐘頭，為減輕議事人員宣讀條文的負擔，國民黨立委許毓仁建議立院可編列預算採購機器人讀稿機。對此，立法院秘書長林志嘉說，可以努力看看，立法院不排斥。

立法院司法及法制委員會24日審查「國會改革」相關法案，但由於修法版本眾多，宣讀各修法版本需要不少時間，因此，民進黨召委段宜康及民進黨司委會委員共同提案，建議未來一旦遇到提案條文繁多時，應授權召委自行決定是否省略宣讀條文的程序，不過，國民黨立委持不同看法，會議一開始就展開爭辯。

段宜康主張，委員會幕僚作業都已準備好條文對照表，卻還要花很多時間宣讀提案，不用讓議事人員這麼辛苦，況且法條也並未規定委員會必須宣讀議案。

不過，國民黨立委認為，宣讀條文不只是宣讀給在場的立委、官員聽，也是給外界民眾了解，不應該輕易省略，且一旦採行這種方式，就要提高到所有委員會一致。國民黨立委許毓仁甚至當場建議，為減輕議事人員宣讀條文的負擔，立院可以考慮採用讀稿機機器人。對此，立法院秘書長林志嘉也不反對。『(原音) (立委：)是不是可以建議立法院編列預算提供機器人讀稿機，這部分不但可以減輕議事人員的壓力，且機器人讀稿邊讀，字就邊打出來了，完全是OK的。林志嘉：許委員的建議我們來努力看看好了，我們不排斥。』

由於朝野立委對於省略宣讀提案有不同意見，且立法院秘書長林志嘉也說，他不反對這樣的提案，但他傾向一致性處理比較好，以免造成議事人員的困擾。因此，最後省略宣讀條文的提案並未獲得處理。
