總統蔡英文昨天接見帕拉林匹克運動會代表團，團長陳李綢向蔡總統說，這次在里約帕運受到中國大陸打壓，中國透過帕委會要求代表團把制服上面的會徽從國徽改成黨徽；此外，農委會漁業署2名官員7月前往義大利參與聯合國糧農組織（FAO）漁業委員會（COFI）被拒。
