Typhoon TEMBIN is approaching to Taiwan port, expecting to have SEA warning from Central Weather Bureau today, Taiwan berth vsl expecting to have impact as below indication, both AXX and BXX vsl will take their berth earlier than proforma schedule and hoping to complete all cargo operation before possible port closure, will report again at any time when having more input from authorities concerned.
