Can not accept any new cargo

Dear ,
Per someone's MSN that XXX just sent a cargo to somewhere,
Pls be adv that we will transfer this cargo to next vessel due to
space issue and we have rolled many cargo in this morning.
Therefore, any new cargo will not be acceptable .
Pls assist to transfer this cargo to next vessel .
Pls feel free to let me know if any.
