兩岸政治氣氛低至谷底，明明大陸官方沒有禁止陸生來台，民間自動「截流」，實是兩岸交流最大警訊！這個節骨眼仍有陸生願意來台，實在「揪感心」，蔡政府應趕快端出政策牛肉，善意反饋。
因應少子化危機，此前馬政府未雨綢繆，積極招收陸生；2012年大陸民眾對台印象最好之時，也正是陸生來台的高峰，補足台灣少子化缺口。但此後遇到2014年太陽花學運，接著蔡政府上台，兩岸關係急凍，今年陸生招生略降，這還只是個開始。
招陸生同時能解決少子化問題、和緩兩岸關係，亡羊補牢還不太遲，趕快推出善待陸生的政策，將健保、獎學金等提升到跟外籍生、港澳生平起平坐，這比任何口頭善意都有效。
