（中央社記者吳家豪台北12日電）PChome網路家庭旗下支付連百分之百轉投資子公司國際連今天宣布，已獲得金管會核准經營O2O（Online to Offline）實體通路支付服務業務。 PChome國際連於10月開業後，隨即宣布通過ISO27001資安認證，而此次取得國內O2O實體通路支付服務業務的核准，PChome國際連將電子支付服務延伸至線下，讓經營實體商店的店家無須添購其他硬體設備，透過PChome國際連APP和行動載具搭配使用，就能輕鬆、便利、安全的完成收款。 PChome國際連指出，取得實體通路支付服務業務的許可後，除了可為電商平台上同時經營實體商店的店家提供行動收款服務，未來也計畫招募優質的實體商店，讓電子支付的應用能拓展至街邊小店、各大超商、交通工具、實體店或政府機關等各種場域，打造台灣食衣住行育樂各方面的無現金生活。 PChome國際連董事長詹宏志表示，支付不僅是一般商務的核心，也是連結實體商務和網路交易的重要節點，台灣的電子商務發展多年，有許多中小企業陸續透過網路完成交易，但仍有部份的中小企業囿於技術或商品限制，做生意的通路仍僅有實體店。 詹宏志說，PChome國際連希望透過開辦實體通路支付服務業務，幫助更多在地店家可以透過手機支付完成收款，加速推動台灣網路支付應用在食衣住行育樂生活裡。未來透過國際連的服務，消費者也可擁有完整的交易記錄，整理日常生活費用支出，以雲端錢包來完成轉帳和付款，使生活更加便利。105121225AB99FF66850AAF
