Question: Anyone successfully reset 2024 onwards VAG group cars for service light?
I have bought the VAG SFD security gateway and Topdon Phoenix Max but I was told it doesn’t do it.

 

Here is the clue.

If PR numbers includes NI1/NI7/NI8/NI9 (and sometimes GP1 depending on model), expect SFD2 protection.
NI0 generally implies you should not expect SFD2.
This model is protected with SFD2.
The Topdon VAG SFD SGW license only unlocks SFD1.
It cannot unlock SFD2.
If you have the Phoenix Max, you can have someone to do it remote for you via super remote diagnostics.
