    楔子:  陳濟棠(1890年 – 1954年)，字伯南。廣東防城(今屬廣西)人，中國國民黨一級上將，曾長時間主政廣東，有南天王之稱.

    1936年6月，陳濟棠本人十分迷信．先由其兄陳維周為蔣介石面相，預知蔣在1936年將有一刧。事變前亦曾替陳濟棠占卦，得「機不可失」。陳與桂系聯合，以「抗日救國軍」名義反蔣。

    人算不如天算，不料:

    1.  蔣介石在1936年之刧 為西安事變，

    2.  「機不可失」之「機」所指是「飛機」，而非「機會」。

    陳手下空軍大隊為蔣介石重金收買，司令黃銳光於7月帶領48架飛機飛往南昌投奔南京。陳手下其他大將，如余漢謀等亦通電表示服從中央。陳濟棠事敗被迫出走香港。

    Refinance cost is front load, 不利 early pay-off. 若有可能 五年 ? 十年內 賣房子，或許 不划算 Refinance ?

    Timing is everything ? !

    老妻己經refinance兩次，具15年，因無closing cost，不再front loaded？
    Suggest you call your friendly mortgage specialist.
