柯文哲下午列席台北市議會「市政總質詢」及答覆，國民黨籍台北市議員徐弘庭表示，遠雄大巨蛋施工灌漿時，松菸園區內多處裂縫出現「溢漿」現象，是否有相關捷運公安問題？
柯文哲表示，該處理就處理，「現在煙囪哪裡是煙囪，

北市都發局長林洲民則表示，北市下午1時36分已掌握狀況，這種現象並未有即刻危險，但為施工者的不謹慎行為所造成，應由遠雄營造單位去說明。建管處和文化局完全掌握狀況。
