親愛的蔣博士， 回顧聯合國大會2758號決議及世界衛生大會25.1號決議，依據其中所反映的一中原則，我希望邀請您率領中華台北衛生福利部之訪團，以觀察員身分參與第69屆世界衛生大會。大會將於2016年5月23日星期一於瑞士日內瓦萬國宮召開，並將於2016年5月28日星期六之前閉幕。
希望您能儘快回覆是否出席，及中華台北衛生福利部與會者名單。報名截止日為2016年5月9日。
一旦收到確定出席的回函，秘書處將寄給您相關文件。

Recalling the United Nations GeneralAssembly Resolution 2758 (XXVI) and WHAResolution 25.1, and in line with the One-Chinaprinciple as reflected therein, I wish to inviteyou to head a delegation from the Ministry ofHealth and Welfare, Chinese Taipei, to attendthe Sixty-ninth World Health Assembly as anobserver. The Assembly will be convened at 9:30on Monday, 23 May 2016, at the Palais desNations, Geneva, Switzerland and will close nolater than Saturday, 28 May 2016.
I would appreciate it if you could confirmto me your attendance and the names ofattendees from the Ministry of Health andWelfare, Chinese Taipei, at your earliestconvenience. Registration should be completed by9 May 2016.
