My brother was instructed to drink a lot of water by a nurse at a clinic in Toronto, Canada, before having a test performed an hour later. When the allotted time was up, the nurse returned and kindly grinned while asking, "Full bladder?" She asked my brother, who also had trouble understanding English, "How come she knows that the siblings in my family are Four Brothers?" and he was completely at a loss for words.
