I dont know if 雲肩 is exactly the same as that of "shawl" in English, but the photos of those models arrayed in 雲肩 do characteristically present the grace and the gentleness of  Chinese women.  Please enjoy appreciating the beauty of those embroideries all by yourselves.  FYI, the footnotes are also highly educational.  

P.S.  Once upon a time a teacher asked us in class that had we ever seen Chinese robe or qipao(cheongsam) were really becoming for caucasians, or, the other way round, Western suit or dress for Chinese people?
