
There was a fool as a guest. The master hosted him to a spread of food, but he complained it was insipid. The master then added salt to the food. Enjoying the tasty salt, that fool talked to himself, "It is all because of the salt that made the food delicious. A small amount will do, let alone if there is more." The brainless fool then continued eating salt only until his sense of taste was lost, which became harmful to his body.
