Should one action not have a proper or balanced recompensation, it would be the origin of chaos. When a moral worth does not match with a suitable position, or the ability does not match with an appropriate office, or rewards do not correspond to achievement, or penalties do not correspond to offenses, anything inauspicious would happen.
