Last evening at 9.00 Taipei time, my wife and I bade farewell to her late elder sister on the virtual funeral at a mourning hall somewhere in NYC.  All of the next of kin attended the ceremony online.  May her rest in peace!

Because all of us "attended" the funeral at our homes, most of us were dressed casually.  Still my two kids were dressed formally: my daughter wore a plain blouse and a skirt, with light make-up, while my son wore a formal suit of jacket with a dark tie on his white shirt.
