（中央社記者劉世怡、游凱翔台北13日電）台北市長柯文哲今天出庭作證表示，關於鴻海董事長郭台銘捐錢給當時競選對手一事，是「立法委員柯建銘告訴我的」。郭台銘律師當庭要求，兩柯對質，柯文哲露出笑容。
台北地方法院今天傳喚柯文哲出庭作證，柯文哲做出上述表示。
柯文哲1月初接受電子媒體專訪，表示台北市長選前某企業家拿新台幣3億元給他的對手。後來周玉蔻上節目爆料，點名郭台銘就是「3億先生」，鴻海委請律師控告周玉蔻妨害名譽，並要求

由於柯文哲出庭導致法院人數眾多，警方也派出近15名法警維護法院秩序。柯文哲抵達地院，面對現場媒體詢問不發一語，在幕僚陪同下快速上樓。
