I surprised the person would push you ( totally wrong doing and it should not happen, no matter what, next time, using ceil phone or camera to take photos)when it happened, probably you should mention to the person that it would show up in U-tube tomorrow, and let the world to know how the airline company to serve the customers in such wrong way (push and yell customers, and threaten not let you go to next fight) and showed the person your ceil phone did have camera feature, also mentioned you were a blog writer and did have 24,000 reviewers, would write the article as free advertisement to let people aware the airline company unreasonable service, according Eueropean air international regulation, I believe the person would totally change wrong-doing behavior in 3 seconds.
It was a regreat that it shouldn't happen at all, as customers, we need to let the airline company to realize their wrong doing and let them to improve the customers' service. Unfortually, it still happen and we have to fight for our right.
