唐妮, Jerome Armstrong, Terrence Battle, Michael White, 和DJ Frank E創作

專輯版由DJ Frank E製作成一首強力流行／靈魂抒情曲，在頗有氣勢的樂聲中，布蕾斯頓以激昂的唱腔演繹．這是國際宣傳版．

在北美，唱片公司製作一個電台版，由唐妮與Troy Taylor合唱．編曲較為柔和．

《Digital Spy》的Nick Levine 將這首歌評為 3 星（滿分 5星），並對歌曲的獨唱版本給予好評，：
