１９８７年１１月，毛腳燕推出第三首單曲［Build／建造］

由Paul Heaton, Stan Cullimore創作，歌詞以男性上班族參與歡樂時光等社交活動的期望為中心。

John Williams製作成一首鋼琴流行抒情曲，

編曲絲滑，在中板的節奏間，團員的演繹沉穩柔和．

副歌部分由鼓手Dave Hemingway演唱，而主唱Paul Heaton 則演唱主歌和橋段。
