由他们跟長期工程師Mike Shipley製作, 

前製作人Robert John "Mutt" Lange這回只擔任執行製作．樂評褒貶不一.

不過商業依舊成功，登上英國專輯榜冠軍──金唱片（１０萬張＋）

１９９３年１月，威豹在英國推出大碟總體第五首單曲／英國第四單曲［Heaven Is／天堂是］

由Rick Savage，Phil Collen，Joe Elliott，Steve Clark，Robert John "Mutt" Lange創作，

威豹與Mike Shipley製作一首華麗金屬／硬式搖滾曲，編曲有力．

主唱 Joe Elliott 形容這首歌的副歌部分的和聲聽起來很像海灘男孩（ The Beach Boys），

並表示這是威豹第一次做得過分。他還將這首歌描述為“比女王更女王”。

據Elliott稱，吉他即興重複段已經存在多年，主音吉他手Phil Collen表示，其中部分內容取自歌曲［Armageddon It］。
